Minty is your one-stop coffee shop. She grinds the finest Brazilian beans for your flat whites, cappuccinos, iced latte’s and espressos.
She offers the most scrumptious treats this side of Hadrian’s wall ~ her tray bakes are award winning & flapjack is so coveted it has been on TV !
Bob and Minty
Hello, my name’s Bob and I work alongside my coffee truck ‘Minty’.
When I found Minty in 2025 I knew it was time to follow my coffee and cake dreams. So I quit my job as a university professor and established Hãv Koffe.
I can’t wait to meet you, serve you and hear about your travel and life. As well as great food and drink, I can tell you a little about Northumberland. Heck, I can also listen to your work problems over a brew (I used to be a Professor of Management before I traded it all for barista life)

Behind everything we do is a family who love Northumberland and our new coffee venture. In addition to Bob and Minty, there is Becky, Harry, Pepper and Barney. All are involved in tasting (no caffeine for the dogs) inspiring and ensure the back office all works - from Harry with spreadsheets and 3D printing, to Becky with art and support, and Pepper & Barney as pup-cup samplers.
