She offers the most scrumptious treats this side of Hadrian’s wall ~ her tray bakes are award winning & flapjack is so coveted it has been on TV !

Hello, my name’s Bob and I work alongside coffee truck Minty.

When I found Minty in 2025 I knew it was time to follow my coffee and cake dreams. So I quit my job as a university professor and established Hãv Koffe.

I can’t wait to meet you, serve you and hear about your travel and life. As well as great food and drink, I can tell you a little about Northumberland. Heck, I can also listen to your work problems over a brew (I used to be a Professor of Management before I became Koffe Professor)
